COGNITION has been strengthening Dilworth Coffee’s brand to drive better revenue… and the efforts are evident. Initially, Dilworth hired us to help reposition their brand to keep pace with changing consumer tastes. After conducting consumer and competitor research, we used the findings to elevate the brand identity and consumer experience. COGNITION implemented complete design overhaul of all branded items including menu boards, cups, napkins, pastry bags, and in-store POP materials. In addition, we designed and introduced a new website and giftcard program Dilworth Coffee to Charlotte’s #2 gourmet coffee roaster and retailer behind Starbucks.
